When I first had the idea to purchase a duplex I needed someone who would truly believe in me, a young entrepreneur. I had met with a couple realtors before and they seemed to underestimate me but you had the same attitude as me throughout the whole process, “LET’S DO THIS THING!” . I never once felt like I had to prove myself to you, all I needed was to give you my idea and you made it a reality. The entire purchasing process was new for me but you were the best guide I could’ve asked for. You made it a step by step process that was super easy to follow and no stress. You really kicked butt in this process, as difficult as it was with a duplex, my loan, all the conditions it had to meet and working with a selling agent who didn’t seem to communicate all the best. Your communication is immaculate, I never didn’t know what was going on (on our end), your professionalism is inspiring and your can-do attitude is really what helped me decide that you would be my realtor. Now I’m moved in and still in shock that I own a duplex ! It’s beautiful and will be the perfect start to my entrepreneurial life. Thank you for helping just an idea truly become my reality. I would recommend Sue to anyone looking to buy a home, especially first time buyers. She is very well informed and patient. Any question I could think of she was able to answer and if she couldn't she knew the right person to to talk to for an answer. She was by my side every step of the way right up to when I signed the last piece of paper in closing. Her priorites are finding people homes that they will be happy and comfortable with for the unforeseeable future. I couldn't imagine going through my 4 month long home buying process for the first time with any other realtor. After close to 20 houses I started to lose motivation but Sue kept a positive attitude and picked me back up until we found the perfect home for me. It's easy to tell that she genuinely enjoys doing her job and putting in any and all effort requires to make her clients happy. It's only been 12 days after closing as I'm writing this but I couldn't be happier in my new home thanks to her.
